The ZScope Screen Capture program has the ability to import new instrument types.

These can be downloaded from Zocchi Systems or developed using the ZScope Screen Capture SDK.  After downloading a new instrument library, you can import it.

To import new instrument setups, ZScope Screen Capture must be running.

Right click on the ZScope Screen Capture icon and select Import Instrument Types...

ZScope Screen Capture will display the Import Instrument Types box.

If you know the file's location (it is a .XML file), enter it into the top line.  If not, click the Browse... button. 

Browse to the folder that contains the downloaded file.

Click Open. 

If you are happy with the file name, click Import.

The Instrument Types box shows import progress.

If ZScope Screen Capture contains an existing instrument type, it displays the following box.

If you want to upgrade to the version in the import file click Yes; otherwise, click No.

On completion, The Import Instrument Types box looks like this.

At this point, the new instrument types are available for ZScope Screen Capture.
